Q. Who is permitted to view NetRoadshow presentations?
A. The intended audience is professional money managers, portfolio managers, research analysts, and those who would otherwise be permitted to attend the live presentation. In order to gain access to a NetRoadshow, users must have a deal-specific Entry Code or Secure Link. Entry Codes and Secure Links must be obtained from an institutional salesperson or an authorized representative of the investment bank managing the offering.
On December 1, 2005, the SEC introduced new securities offering reforms (Rule 433). The ruling requires that everyone have access to electronic roadshows for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). The retail audience may view IPO roadshows at http://www.retailroadshow.com. No password is required to view a roadshow on the RetailRoadshow website.
Q. How do I access a NetRoadshow presentation?
A. Please visit the NetRoadshow homepage (http://www.netroadshow.com) and enter your email address. If you are a previously registered NetRoadshow user, you may either continue as a guest using the deal entry code you were provided or create an account. If you create an Account (one time process), you will be able to access all previously viewed active roadshows as well as offering documentation within your account each time you visit NetRoadshow. If you came through a deal-specific Secure Link, the roadshow will automatically be added to your account. If you only have an Entry Code, you may enter the Entry Code from within your account to add the roadshow to your list. To bypass the account creation step, you may Continue as a Guest to immediately view the presentation.If you came through a deal-specific Secure Link, the presentation will begin automatically. If you did not come through a deal-specific Secure Link, you will be asked to enter the Entry Code for the presentation.
If you are new to NetRoadshow, you may either create an account or continue as a guest. If you choose to continue as a guest, you will be asked to confirm your email address (one time process) before viewing the roadshow presentation.
Q. Do I have to create an Account?
A. Regardless of whether you are a previously registered user or brand new to NetRoadshow, you will not be forced to create an account. You may select “Guest Login” to access specific roadshow presentations. You may create an account any time by selecting “Create an Account”. We recommend that you create an account to store your previously viewed roadshows and associated documentation.
Q. How does NetRoadshow use the personal information I enter when I log in or create an account?
Q. How do I obtain a entry code/secure link to access a NetRoadshow?
A. You may only obtain a entry code/secure link from an authorized representative at the investment bank managing the deal you wish to view. You must contact the investment bank directly. NetRoadshow IS NOT authorized to distribute entry codes/secure links.
Q. How do I navigate through the NetRoadshow presentation?
A. Once you have successfully opened a presentation, either through your account or as a guest, you will be presented with a disclaimer or other legal language to read. You will then be required to click a “Continue” or “Accept” button to move on. (Please note that not all presentations include this page.)
Next, please choose the version of the presentation you wish to see from the available options. You may have the option to view full Video/Audio or Audio-only. Or, you may choose to listen to the audio over the telephone (if the option is available) rather than streaming through your computer. (Please note if there is not streaming media component to the particular NetRoadshow you want to view, you will not be presented with this page and will be sent directly to the slides from the disclaimer page.)
Once you have made your media selection (if applicable), you will then be presented with the presentation to view.
